Deliverables

This is a very bold and ambitious project considering it is being conducted by group of students with minimum support from School Administration and teachers.  The project will change the learning environment, the interaction among the students and the outside world. 

By kick starting such a creative concept project, we hope the project will be sustained for years to come and will inculcate into students' competition to excel be it in academic, co-curriculum activities and sports. Thus creating a well rounded students in the future.

The team members will help watch each others back to ensure their team will excel year after year and will create healthy learning environment.

One of the main components of the project is profiling of students.  By the end of the Phase 2 of the project we will have an online student database with student/user interphase and admin interphase.  With password protected security, student/user may change their profile such as address, phone number, etc, but can only propose changes to academic, co-curriculum and disciplinary record.  

The project will create a Smartz Rayan team with IT skill and project management skill.  The team will further nurture to carry out web development and maintenance, even after this competition completed.

The Smartz Rayan team will be entrusted to maintain the project site, and school website in the future
